The best alternative in Table 2N7002 has a maximum voltage of 60V, which is higher than the voltage that AO3400 can withstand. Their maximum current and maximum power parameters are also the same. The packaging type of 2N7002 is also the same as AO3400.

The BSS148 component has a maximum power of 0.25W and a maximum current of 0.22A, both of which are lower than the parameters of AO3400. So if BSS148 is to be used to replace AO3400, in practical circuits, the current and face should not be higher than these two values.

The FQPF27P06 component has a maximum power of 50W, a maximum current of 27A, and a maximum voltage of 20V. Additionally, its packaging type may not be ideal as a substitute. If we want to replace AO3400 with FQPF27P06, we need to adjust the circuit.
