ATmega168 is an 8-bit microcontroller based on AVR, which is mainly used in embedded systems. The main features of ATmega168 are: 1: includes 16KB Flash program memory, 1KB SRAM data memory and 512 bytes EEPROM non-volatile memory, 2: ATmega168 Supports ISP online programming and repeated erasing.
