MUR460 Diode Equivalent

The mur460 is a fast recovery diode with ultra-high withstand voltage value (600V); supports a maximum operating current of 4A (widely used in medium power applications) and a peak current of up to 125A (good protection for circuits); the recovery time is 50ns; the package is a DO-201AD, in-line design with good heat dissipation.

Typical application scenarios:

High frequency power supply circuits:

Switching power supply circuit: in as a continuous current diode, can enhance the conversion efficiency;

Inverter circuits: used for AC motor speed regulation, can reduce switching losses and improve efficiency.

In industrial design:

Uninterruptible power supply (UPS): the use of current-continuing diodes to ensure the continuous stability of high-frequency charging and discharging;

High-frequency heating equipment: can support fast switching state and reduce heat loss.

Other scenes:

Lighting circuits: in lighting circuits, can be adapted to high-frequency LED power supply, has arrived at the realisation of stable and continuous power supply;
